Notion Kit #012 | Create Mind Maps from Notion Pages

After a great brainstorming session, your Notion page is full of potential.

Half-baked ideas.

Possible next steps.

Maybe a few weird tangents that might spark something brilliant later.

But staring at a wall of pages and notes?

That’s where momentum goes to die.

This week’s Kit shows you how to bring structure to chaos using Graphify.

A visual mind-mapping tool that integrates directly with Notion.

With a few clicks, you can map your ideas as a connected graph.

So you can actually see how they relate, spot hidden clusters, and identify new directions.

👉 Create Graphify Account (it’s free) (*not sponsored)

🛠 How to Set Up the Graphify Integration:

Step 1: Create a Notion Integration
  1. Go to Notion Integrations

  2. Click on "New integration"

  3. Give your integration a name (e.g. "Graphify")

  4. Select the workspace where you want to use Graphify

  5. Click "Submit" to create your integration

  6. Copy the Internal Integration Secret – you will need this to connect Notion to Graphify

  7. On the next page, find the "Internal Integration Token"

  8. Copy this token and paste it in the field on the left

  9. After connecting, you'll need to share your Notion pages with this integration

Step 2: Add the Integration to Your Notion Pages
  1. Open the Notion Page/database you want to display in Graphify

  2. Click the "..." menu (top-right corner)

  3. Select Add connections

  4. Choose your Graphify Integration

  5. Click Refresh in Graphify to update the Graph View

😏 Steal the exact database from the tutorial video → Duplicate Brainstorm Database Template

📌 Why This Feels Like Magic

It’s helpful to see how your ideas are connected.

Across team notes, brainstorms, and project databases.

Graphify turns your thinking into something you can interact with, share, and build on.

It’s like giving your ideas space to breathe.

That’s today’s Notion Kit!

One simple integration that helps you see your thinking more clearly. 🚀
